Hi setts,

Please remove this old version of Java as it's a security vulnerability.

Click on Start > Control Panel and double click on Add/Remove Programs. Find Java(TM) 6 Update 7 and click on Change/Remove button to uninstall it.

Any other issues?

Hi ,

Deleted the java program. Tried to open the Cubase program and it still won't open. Might have to a complete system installation?

Thanks so much for your help

Hi setts,

That's probably not needed. Can you try re-installing Cubase again?
setts
I did , no luck. I got another copy of Cubase -same version- and got the exact same problem. It starts to initialise and than gets stuck before it can open and crashes, its quite frustrating.

I'm afraid that I can't help you in this area, as we are trained in malware removing rather than tech support.

Unless you have more malware issues (I don't see any, which is good news :) ) , I would need to direct you to Cubase support forums.
