Thanks in advance for any assistance you may be able to provide... My computer recently began loading new Firefox windows with http://www.saigipsul.com. or blank windows, or other random sites - all by itself. In addition, I am now getting a RUNDLL window indicating "Error Loading C:\WINDOWS\System32\derasafe.dll The specified module could not be found" I have done full scans with both McAfee (Licensed) and Ad-Aware (Free Version). I have installed the Microsoft Windows Updates.

I have Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware loaded (and will purchase it).

I have downloaded SpywareBlaster and will check for updates regularly.

I have download and installed BlueTack's HOSTS Manager.

I have downloaded and installed WinPatrol.

Your step by step instructions throughout were invaluable!
