Malware Causing Popups

Hey, I have been getting many popups when using firefox. I have been running scans in Sybot Search and Destroy, XoftSpySE and McAfee Security Center. I can delete some of the files but one wont delete even after reboot. Then files will come back and the popups will start happening again. Help would be greatly appreciated so that I can get my computer back up and running smoothly.
