PC Issues - Malware? Microsoft? Me? Please Confirm!

I am not sure of my PC issues, so I will describe the symtoms to the best of my ability. I am getting consistent pop-ups in AOL from a "pixfetch" (apologies for not being able to give you the full URL, however, my grandchild ate most of the page), MS Office Suites run extremely slow (only after freezing my entire system a couple of weeks ago), WMP freezes, as does any media player I use, my monitor occasionally blinks in and out, and the CPU for System Ide Process is extremely high (usually around 80). Something knocked out both of my printers (I get a paperjam error on both, and there is no paperjam). I did read the forum on "systems running slow may not be malware", and followed the recommendations (all were already in place). I have taken the liberty of posting the HJT log below. Any assistance you may offer in this matter is greatly appreciated. I apologize for not replying sooner. I somehow missed that you had posted.

I do not know what would be causing those errors. As this is not related to malware, see below forums for general troubleshooting of computers, and post there for help. The volunteers at those forums will be better equipped to assist you.

Thanks for your response. I understand that the issue is not related to malware. However, since it was something that began occuring after I made the recommended updates, I thought you may be able to assist in the resolution. I will look to the other sites you listed for assistance.
