Problem caused by previous removal?

Hi all, I cleaned my computer with the help of peku006 just a week or two ago. (the forum is here: viewtopic.php?f=12&t=36243&st=0&sk=t&sd=a ) Since then (probably immediatley following, as I don't use them that much), my CD drives have vanished from My Computer and refuse to recognize discs. I know this is probably a hardware issue, but I remember seeing some entries related to my disk drives in some of the registry scans I did back when I was removing the malware. So if somebody could look over the logs from the previous problem and tell me if maybe something went wrong somewhere or if any advice could be offered as to what to do next? If not, I appreciate everything you've already done and I'll just head over to a hardware forum... Thanks! EDIT: I looked over the logs myself and he DID have me running some fixreg.bat stuff with registry entries related to my disk drives in there. So i think this may be the problem.....

Intial: OK, the only thing that has a warning is the Secondary IDE Driver, which seems to be it, given this message:

Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)

I will uninstall the device from the system and do as you said.

I feel a bit silly now, knowing all I had to do was go into device manager and get rid of the problem...

oh well.
