Intial: OK, the only thing that has a warning is the Secondary IDE Driver, which seems to be it, given this message:

Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)

I will uninstall the device from the system and do as you said.

I feel a bit silly now, knowing all I had to do was go into device manager and get rid of the problem...

oh well.
