Desperate Housewives have MALWARE 2!

Please help get rid of whatever is infecting my pc. On start up I get a run dll error, pc is running very slow, there is a major lag when I play games or stream videos, and just recently has started to crash when running more than 1 program at a time. And why didn't my security center help stop this?
