Hi Only a couple of months ago i had a virus which one of your advisors helped me to clear. I think this may be back because i keep receiving the following wondow everytime i log onto my p.c. I can't system restore because it only goes back a few days. I have done a screen print but it said that the file was too bi and i'm not sure what to do.Can you advise me further? Many Thanks Ruth

Hi

I have tried using that but don't really know how i attahed to this page sorry.
I have tried to attached a word doc witht the screen print but it says that it's too big so don't know what to do.

No, picture must be attached separately and not with word document.
