very slow machine and slow internet speed

hi

i ran Kaspersky Online Scanner 7.0 last night and it found nothing, i also installed and ran the free versions of ad-aware,AVG anti virus and spyware docter they did find little thing here and there but no mention of this Bitfrost trojan that it seems only AOL spyware can detect!
Do you have the log?
afraid not, i am currently running te kaspersky scan gain and will post the log as soon as i get it, i have tryed to see if the websites hat require java running ork and they still don't am not sure why as i belive i have my java and flash upto date

Looks good to me. Is AOL Antispyware still prompting?
nope it has not done it since yesterday, if it does again i will email aol and aske them what they think coz nothing else is picking it up

sorry for the delay, i got a new pc, i gave my other pc to my cousin tho and he says its working great, thanks :)

he installed the ant-virus you suggested.

if you have time i was wondering what sort of programs would be good to have on my new system, it has vista 64 on it, avg, spywareblaster, spybot and ad-aware and i use the vista firewall

That's good enough on your system. You can add Winpatrol to protect your system as well.
