Please help, HijackThis log included

I have included my HijackThis log and uninstall log from HijackThis. I dont know what I have, but I cannot open any programs on my desktop without right clicking and hitting open. I cannot use any buttons on my web browser, the drop down menu for the address bar will not work, when I click on any link in my web browser it doesnt work unless I hit the enter key afterwards. Virus scans and the like do not detect anything. Please help. I do not believe the issues are malware related as your computer appears to be clean.
