posssible backdoor trojan/ worm

I checked my running processes tonight and found this file that when I googled it said it was a backdoor trojan or worm. Thank you in advance. Operating system is windows vista. Here is my hjt log below. tryed to uninstall hijack this like you said but did not work it said hijackthis is already running.

Please try rebooting before uninstalling.
If it doesn't work, don't worry we can remove it another way.
