Thank you very much!

Did the files help?
Those folders were somehow empty. Can you look and see if they are, in fact, empty?
Be careful not to doubleclick (run) any of the files, if any are still there.
Thought we would have had something in backup folders that day, but I guess not.
Yeah, I mean thats what I saw too, but I thought maybe I wasn't seeing something. Nothing was deleted, I remember mentioning that OTMoveIT was always freezing, do you think that it may not have worked? But then again, saying that, since that day the computer seems to be fine, I've asked my staff and they say that they've not encountered any other problems, only that the PC seems a lot slower.
Cookie,
You can do a couple things that might help the speed on that machine.
Be sure you have a bit of spare time available on the machine to perform these the first time.
Each of them may take a bit of time.
-----------------------------------------------------------
Using My Computer, right click on C:\ drive, choose Properties, UNCHECK Allow Indexing Service to index this disk for fast file searching, click Apply, and OK. Agree to apply to all files and folders. It may take a while. Let it run until done.

REBOOT the Machine

Download ATF Cleaner by Atribune © from here : http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=1
It is a stand-alone program that does not need to be "installed". Save it to a convenient location and make a shortcut on your desktop.
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe or your shortcut to run the program.
Under Main, choose Select All
Click Empty Selected

If you use Firefox,
Click Firefox in the top bar, and choose Select All
Click on Empty Selected
NOTE: If you would like to keep any saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.

If you use Opera,
Click Opera in the top bar, and choose Select All
Click on Empty Selected
NOTE: If you would like to keep any saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.

When it tells you how much has been removed, click Exit from the Main window.
You can keep the program and run as many times as you wish
-----------------------------------------------------------
Go to Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools
Choose Disk Defragmenter
Highlight the C:\ drive and choose Defragment
It may take quite a while.
It will notify you when done.
