Redirecting in Explorer and slow machine

Hi, I have 2 computers connected to a wireless router and 1 laptop. Computer #2 became heavily infected with redirecting and Computer #1 was just starting to have problems. I have not checked my laptop to see if it has problems yet.... I problem at a time! I have ran AdAware and Spybot in Safe mode and I ran HiJackThis in normal mode. Here is the result. Does it look like I've cleaned up the mess yet?
