agobot-ku worm

I am a newbie to all of this so please be patient with me. My Symantic internet security program began to generate errors. I removed and reinstalled it and have run numerous scans but nothing was found. Spybot detected Agobot-ku worm once upon start up but I haven't seen the message since. If my computer is on for more than an hour or so I get repeated messages of "CCAPP.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows." My computer has slowly started to generate errors in multiple programs and the only way I can get it to work properly is to shut it down manually. Thank you for your advice. I am out of town and unfortunately significant other is finding it too overwhelming to take over while I am gone
