Please download ATF cleaner
Make sure that all browser windows are closed.

Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.

If you use Firefox browser

Click Firefox at the top and choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.

If you use Opera browser

Click Opera at the top and choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.

Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Time for some housekeeping

• Click START then RUN
• Now type Combofix /u in the runbox and click OK
• 

The above procedure will:

• Delete the following:
  • ComboFix and its associated files and folders.
  • VundoFix backups, if present
  • The C:\Deckard folder, if present
  • The C:_OtMoveIt folder, if present
• Reset the clock settings.
• Hide file extensions, if required.
• Hide System/Hidden files, if required.
• Reset System Restore.

I just had a couple more things to ask you. The last time I got assistance I was told not to run Mcafee site advisor and Site Hound at the same time. I downloaded sitehound because I think it is at detecting potentially harmful sites than the Mcafee version. How do I remove or disable Mcafee. I cant' figure it out. Also should I run AVG anti spyware periodically I already use spyware blaster as well.

Also my home page is not looking the same and it states that I need to install adobe flash player 7 but when I tried to download it the computer said it could not download the plugin. Can you help me with that??

I do have both on my pc. There is no harm if you run both.

If you still want to remove it:
Go to Add/Remove programs to remove McAfee SiteAdvisor.
If you have difficulty, open your Browser, Tools, Go to Manage Add/Ons, Enable or Disable Add/Ons, scroll down find McAfee SiteAdvisor and disable it. Then try to remove it again via Add/Remove Programs.

You can disable it and don't remove it if you wish.

Yes that would be good!
You can also use ATF cleaner periodically to clean your cookies and Temporary Files.
It's very easy to use.

I see you have both IE7 and Mozilla Firefox installed.
Did you try with both to install adobe flash player 7 and still can't?

The flash player download worked for IE but not for Firefox. I think I will run both Sitehound and Mcafee sit advisor since there is no conflict in the system.

I will try to get support help from adobe or comcast. Do you have any orther suggestions for me in regards to this issue?
