suspect my os config comprimised by trojan-downloader.gen

Hello, three days ago I was infected by a trojan. I was running spysweeper 5.5 at the time of infection and it reported find the following along with various cookies. (adware.gen:trojan-downloader.gen: Mal/DownLdr-o) After quarantining process was finished SS reported "that file C:\1f11.tmp still infected with virus after 20 rounds of disinfection". I contacted webroot tech support and they sent me ver. 5.5.7.103 then had me disconnect from web and run two scans and reported back no infection. Then found this site and installed and ran scans with spyware doctor,trojan hunter, ms malware scan, spybot sd, panda software active scan, rebooting between each scan. Then ran hijackthis. posted below is the result of the scan. Not sure where to go at this point but hard drive seems to be running more then before infection. Unfortunately the wife doesn't like flying, so a holiday in Hawaii is probably a no no :lol:
