It is illegal to download software without a licence, and you may be sued by the copyright holder
If you upload it, and most P2P programs will do this by default, then you are committing a criminal offence and may be prosecuted
To assist diagnosis I would like a list of installed programs.
Post back with the uninstall list and a new HijackThis logs

- Open HijackThis and select Open the Misc Tools section
- Click on the Open Uninstall Manager…
- Select the Save List button
- I suggest that you accept the default name of uninstall_list.txt and save the file to your desktop
- Close HijackThis
