Help with Testonsecurity.com virus

I have just been infected with the Testonsecurity.com virus. I have read several of your post, and am going to run the sugested programs. Do I need to do anything befor starting the procedure? I have downloaded, but not installed the following. HJT Smitfraudfix ATF Ewido Anti-Malware Where do I begin?

Can you please download a diagnostic tool (MGADiag.exe) from >here< and save this to your Desktop
Double-click on MGADiag.exe
When the program has finished, click on the Validation tab and then click on Copy to Clipboard
Please reply with the results.
