Hi liam, Well done you did really well.
Your log is now clean.
Couple of things I would like you to do:
One question ? Can i now take off that host file from my desktop.

Yes, you can delete host folder on the desktop.

Re-enable SpywareGuard.

A few things to help with possible threats in the future would be to download run and keep all these programs updated.
Adaware
spyware Blaster

Always keep windows patched and updated.
And it goes without saying do not open Email from someone you don't know.

I have taken your advice on all your suggestions and hopefully i wont have any more problems in the future, so all i can say is THANK YOU for your time and paitence in helping someone who knows very little in removing malware.
