Desperate! SCHDOCLC.DLL/nserror.htm after 404ads.net problem

I have tried it all. I have downloaded ewido anti spyware and ad aware SE and have run scans with spybot and I still can't log on to the internet. I am frustrated cause I am leaving for the UK in a 3 days and need to have my computer working!! I have posted this in numerous forums and have not heard back from anyone...I know they are busy, but I am at my wits end... I have gotten rid of the 404ads.net problem, but now have the windows/system32/SCHDOCLC.DLL/nserror.htm coming up on the browsers...sorry to rant...here is my HJT log... Hi Bluestar,

no problems - some programs are running and, as such, we have to stop them running before we can remove them; that is Task Managers role - to stop a process from running.

If it is not running then just move on to the rest of the instructions, starting with the attempt to kill it using Killbox; again if Killbox implies that the file is missing then carry on with the rest of the instructions.
