I'm having the same pop-up for an adult site, when I open a new IE window. It doesnt happen all the time, maybe 50% of the time.... I ran pest patrol, came up clean, also spybot, and adware, also clean. I dont really understand why it comes up sometimes, but not others... Forgot one minor thing...

We need to reset your "Hidden files and folders". System files are hidden for a reason and we don't want to have them openly available and susceptible to accidental deletion.

Open "My Computer".
Click on "Tools" and from the drop down menu select "Folder Options".
Select the "View" tab.
Under the Hidden files and folders heading UNSELECT "Show Hidden files and folders".
CHECK the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option".
Click "Yes" to confirm.
Click "OK".

Your good to go...
