Help removing bgates[2].exe, srvrnw[1].exe (page 2)

Hi, I searched through this helpful site to see how I could fix the problem myself, however, it appears as if each case is unique for each user. I am trying to remove an annoying trojan horse from my system that Nortan Anti-virus does not quarantine or eliminate. What I have done so far is the following: Downloaded and run Prevx - didn't solve the problem. Downloaded and run ATF-Cleaner - this appeared to change the Virus alerts NAV provides from the bgates[2].exe notification to the srvrnw[1].exe notification. But, as I was writing this, the same warning came right back up for the bgates[2].exe. Sigh. I've downloaded and run KillBox. This didn't seem to do anything other than change my Windows desktop to the Windows XP theme, lol. I've downloaded and run Hijackthis - here is the current log of what is going on. Perhaps someone can point out to me what I need to do next. It's really amazing how annoying and persistent these trojans can be!!! Here is the log file: Logfile of HijackThis

If you don't have them, download Ad-Aware and Spybot S&D. Visit this page for proper configuration of Spybot and Ad-Aware. Run and scan with both, letting them fix whatever they find. Remember to reboot between each scan.

Now that your computer is clean, its a good time to reset your System Restore point. This will ensure a clean backup to fall upon if you ever need it. To do this:

Right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
Check the "Turn off System Restore" or "Turn off System Restore on all drives"

Reboot your computer, follow the steps above, this time unchecking the "Turn off System Restore" and reboot.

I recommend downloading and installing SpywareBlaster, SpywareGuard, and IE-SPYAD as well. The programs are free and can be updated... so please do so. Installing these will go a long way in preventing reinfection.

If you don't have one, I recommend installing a Firewall. I'm sure you've heard of ZoneAlarm.
