need help with wife's friend laptop

I ran Ad-Aware se and spybot S&D wanted to try and fix myself, but this laptop belong to my wife's girl friend. So I thought that I would play it safe and ask for help. You can save the scan results to a log file. Once the scan is done, right click in the area where it shows the results. Choose "Save results to file".

Browse to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Logs and open up SpybotSD.Results.txt.

Copy/paste the log into your reply.

Thanks for staying with me and all of your help. I unistalled the Spybot S&D and reinstalled it. Not it is comeing up clean. I still can't use the dial up but , I quess my wifes friend will have to worry about that. I got to give up.

Thanks again for the help, and I got it and thought that I should let you know what I did to make it work.

After all you did to help me get rid of the viruses and such the wireless connection worked, but the dial up didn't. Well I was just about to give up as I said before. But I tried one more thing....I went to device manager an removed the modem. Rebooted and the modem re-installed and is working again. Thanks so much for all your help. Thank God I don't drink no more, this might have taken me over the edge.

Anyway all parties are happy.
