other noted symptoms are as follows;

slower loading at startup,
had skype automatically load without changing settings(which I have now disabled at startup)
appearance of unseen notepad logs, two of which I have no access(access denied message)

Some of these I had never seen before, I do realize that some are possibly from programs on the PC such as Team Viewer 

I feel like my Anti-Virus is not working, also when turning off firewall for the previous scans
Windows Defender was shown as off for the first time so I turned it on; when doing a custom scan on the entire system Windows Defender ran for an hour roughly then right as the scan should have finished I got an error message. Scan did not register and I did not try again.
