Just having a look at a C programming forum, where someone has posted that KaZaA is as good as dead.

Here's the link.

I'd be interested to follow that discussion and see what they know about it - this is the first I've heard about this development.

Hmm.. I can't seem to access their site? I hope that kazaa is really dead :)

My thought exactly!! But at least the bundled KaZaA infections were amongst the easier ones to remove....

In Holland it was at the radio a few days ago.

They said something like:
KaZaA now became a legal download service. Only songs that really haven't got copyrights or something can be downloaded for free.

I think that results in a dead KaZaA because nobody will pay KaZaA for downloading songs with rights...
