Please help! I have identified I have parallel trojans doing their nastiest on my pc. I have my hijackthis file - can someone pls analyze and advise best steps to fix. I am not an ubergeek but know basic computers.

Please download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri)
  • Extract the content (a folder named SmitfraudFix) to your Desktop.
  • Open the SmitfraudFix folder and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
  • Select option #1 - Search by typing 1, and press Enter.
  • A text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).
  • Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.
NOTES :
  • process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs as a "RiskTool"; it is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes.
  • Do not run the other options of this tool yet until you are asked to do so.

Generate an Uninstall List
  • Open HijackThis
  • Click on Open Misc Tools Section
  • Click on Open Uninstall Manager
  • Click on Save list
  • Save it to your Desktop
  • Post it on your next reply.
