have uninstalled incredimail and everything seems okay on my main account, however when I use one of the other accounts and try to receive emails it throws me off the Internet. Any ideas why?

No idea... sorry.

Also, why is it that when an email is rec'd and opened on another users account it doesn't appear in any other persons account?

Emails are specific to one account. What you receive in one won't show up in another.

Is there a way round this on XP?

Not that I'm aware of.

If not, is there an easy way of transferring everyonesthings onto my one main account?

Think you would need to call your ISP and have them change the settings on their end so that all emails are forwarded to the email account you want to use.

I don't really understand how the different accounts on one pc works, can you explain?

Are you talking about user accounts or email accounts?

I've finally cured my Outlook problems by going into the other users accounts, removing the additional mail accounts Incredimail had seemed to set up. I then put all the user names and addresses to the same as the main account and hey presto everything works fine. Not a very technical description, sorry
