None of my spyware programs are picking anything up but I have popups all over the place and my computer is slow as dirt. Web pages occasionally change on me too. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Slim, your log looks ok, but that doesn't mean to say there isn't a problem.

Could you tell me what these popups are...and when your web page changes where does it take you?

Please download and install this disk cleanup utility called Cleanup! http://cleanup.stevengould.org/
It will get rid of any malware which may be hiding in your temp folders ( a common hiding place). You will also regain a massive amount of disk space.
Here is a tutorial which describes its usage:
Run the disk cleanup utility and check the custom settings to your liking under options, but be sure to delete temporary files and temporary internet files for all user profiles. Also, cleanout the prefetch folder and the recycle bin.

Then reboot and download and run the List Installed Programs script from here http://www.billsway.com/vbspage/ You will have to scroll about halfway down the list to find it.

Can you please post the log it generates.
