I am a Silver surfer 75yrs old and unfortunately I am not very good at getting things off my computer. I have had this this called "Tube Dimmer" appear on my computer
it says it is running all the time I have tried to get it off but have not been successful can anyone please help me as it is causing me allsorts of problems, eg; I am getting loads of
adverts that I never got before, it is slowing my computer down and it is stopping me changing programmes etc. Please help? Thank you. Peeler13

By posting just a description of your problems it is likely that your topic will be passed by and you will not receive the help you're looking for.

We need to know what's running on your computer so that we can give you appropriate instructions.

May I draw your attention to THIS topic, which you should have read, and which tells you what we need you to post so that we can help you.
