Hi aca!

If you still have System Restore turned off... turn it back on before you do anything else please.

Run HJT... press the Misc Tools button... then the Open Uninstall Manager button... then the save list button. Save the list to your Desktop.

Download WinPFind. Run the program(may take a while to complete its scan) and post the log it creates along with the Uninstall List generated by HJT.

Thanks!

Thanks KotaGuy

Followed instructions and the 2 logs below. Since my intial post I have tried several removal tools, 1 showing additional infections. Also some manual instructions for getting rid of Rivarts. Followed these and found couple of suspect files which I removed. (wscntfy.exe). None of other processes, registry values or files seemed to be present. Here are the logs. Thanks again for your advice and help.

Thanks for posting the logs.

Download Killbox. Extract it to its own folder. Close all open windows and programs, then start Killbox. Put a check next to "Delete on Reboot", then copy this line in "Full Path of File to Delete" box:

C:\WINDOWS\flashax.exe

Click the red and white "X" button. When it asks to reboot, answer yes.

Reboot into Safe Mode. To do this:

1. Reboot your computer.
2. Tap the F8 button as your computer is booting to bring you to the Advanced Options Menu.
3. Select Safe Mode and press Enter.

Run HJT and click the Misc Tools button... then the Generate Startup List button. Save that list to your desktop.

Do a Full Scan with Ewido and save that log.

Reboot Windows normally. Run WinPFind again. Post the Startup List log, Ewido log, and the new WinPFind log please.

Could you also let me know exactly what MS AntiSpyware is telling you... what error it is giving you when it detects it.

Thanks!
