Hi camman133,

We do not remove posts without good reason as the posts here are used as a teaching resource for students. I have checked your posts and do not see how they could cause spam to your email account.

When Googled, your username results in multiple hits on many other sites.

Please send me a PM with the details of exactly what content you wish to have deleted and I will work with the administrators to make sure the information is removed.
