I have my gf's laptop and i have installed AVG ver 11. Under the AVG Resident Shield Alert it keeps posting a 'threat'

file:
c:\windows\system32\winlogon.exe

infection:
virus found win32/patched

Results:
objects is white-listed (critical/system file that should not be removed)

I've done virus scans with Malwarebytes and AVG and it hasn't found anything in either scans.

What else can i do?

Also here is the HJT log file
