Next,
MGADiag.
Please download from HERE and save to the desktop.
  • Double click on MGADiag.exe to run it.
  • Click Continue.
  • The program will run. It takes a while to finish the diagnosis, please be patient.
  • Once done, click on Copy.
  • Open Notepad and paste the contents in. Save this file MGADiag.txt and post it in your next reply.

hi my friend!

About the updates I usually put on automatics updates and my systems notify me when is time to do an update I click the yellow icon that appears in my startup bar but then at the end it says unable to update some files like windows security or others for microsoft reader etc. I try to do it online as well but I end up with the same results.... and that problem start when that "My web search " malware appear in my pc... :evil:

Hi,
Let's try this and do let me know the result.

First,
Reinstall Windows Update file(s).
Please download from here : 32Bits and save to the desktop.
  • Copy the code as below by higlight > right click > copy:
    Code: Select all
    "%USERPROFILE%\desktop\WindowsUpdateAgent20-x86.exe" /wuforce
  • Click on start > Run....
  • Paste the code into the box and click OK.
  • Follow the prompt to install it.

Next,
Windows update
Please perform windows update once again.

I follow your instructions but sadly nothing happen! :cry: and I cannot update anything... :cry:
I use office.org writer and every time I used yesterday my document keep shutting down ,imagine the frustration... later I went to the website for microsoft updates and keep me waiting and couldn't do any of the updates...

I feel so guilty since it was because all the use of p2p that I made....

Is there any hope???
