Redirect virus hit my PC yesterday

OK, so I was doing some research for school when my browser started redirecting to various websites (the majority of them contained the phrase "riva.1317"). I figured I had been infected with malware that updated my registry settings with a proxy server however that wasn't the case. I checked the registry and there was nothing there but somehow my computer was being redirected. I also noticed that my Windows Vista downloads were failing and I assumed it was related to this issue. I rebooted in Safe Mode, ran several softwares (Ad-Aware, MalwareBytes, HiJack This, Spybot, etc.) but nothing seemed to clear the error. I even ran regristry cleaning sofware but that didn't work. A friend of mine told me to try Combofix which I did and I'm not sure if it was successful. It appears to have deleted a file lsprst7.dll which I'm finding mixed information on. Some sites list it as malware and others list it as being a valid file for SPSS (which is a software that I've used in the past 3 months). I'm posting this in Safe Mode with Networking and I was hoping that someone could review my log file to let me know if I need to take additional steps.

Please find the file attached. Thanks and I appreciate your assistance in advance.
