so i cant get on enternet explore or mozilla its saying theres a problem with my firewall settings for http port80 https port 443 and ftp port 21. really the computer seems all together thoroughly scrwed. i can still get online using netscape navigater but there are lots of things it wont do like i couldnt fallow the registration link you guys sent me to my email. on facebook i cant change anything or view alot of stuff.if i restart my computer spybot automatically starts runnng. avg wont install but i installed avast virus scanner and scanned. but nothing seems to be fixing anything and the avast scanner seemd to make some changes.

Hello and welcome to Malware Removal Forums

IMPORTANT

Whatever repairs we make, are for fixing your computer problems only and by no means should be used on another computer.
To make cleaning this machine easier:-

• Continue to respond to this thread until I give you the All Clean!
• Please DO NOT uninstall/install any programs unless asked to. It is more difficult when files/programs appear or disappear from the logs.
• Please do not run any scans other than those requested and do not post any logs/reports unless specifically requested to do so.
• Please follow all instructions in the order posted.
• If you have any questions or do not understand instructions, please ask before continuing.
• Please reply to this thread. Do not start a new topic.

Quite a mess you have there, I have given you quite a bit to do, take your time and do it in the order given.

First lets get the internet happening

1. Open Hijack This and select Do a System Scan Only place a check next to the below lines if still present

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyServer = http=127.0.0.1:61636

F3 - REG:win.ini: load=C:\DOCUME~1\USER\LOCALS~1\Temp\csrss.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [svchost] C:\Documents and Settings\USER\Application Data\Microsoft\conhost.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [JP595IR86O] C:\DOCUME~1\USER\LOCALS~1\Temp\Ob1.exe

Once selected close all windows except HJT an click on Fix Checked

NEXT I would like you to restore your Proxy settings as they have been modified by malware and that's the reason why you can't connect.
To do this:
In Internet Explorer: Tools Menu -> Internet Options -> Connections Tab ->Lan Settings >uncheck "use a proxy server" and check to "Automatically detect settings".
In Firefox in Tools Menu -> Options... -> Advanced Tab -> Network Tab -> "Settings" under Connection.

REBOOT COMPUTER


2. I recommend you uninstall all programs listed below. I have added Spybot - Search & Destroy. Spybot is not a bad program but will interfere with cleaning your machine. Once you are clean you can reinstall.

Go to Start-Settings-Control Panel, click on Add /remove programs. If any of the following programs are listed there, click on the program to highlight it, and click on remove. Then close the Control Panel.

3. AVG Removal Tool as parts of the program are still on your computer.

Download and save AVG Removal Tool to your desktop

Run it to remove AVG. After this, please restart your computer.


4. Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and save to your desktop.

• Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
• At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to:
  
  Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  
• Then click Finish.
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
• Once the program has loaded, select Perform Quick scan, then click Scan.
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
• If it found any malware items. Check all items except items in the C:\System Volume Information folder... and click Remove Selected.
• When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please copy and paste the log back into your next reply
  
  Note:
• The log can also be found here:
  C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs\mbam-log-date (time).txt
• Or via the Logs tab when Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware is started.

5. NEXT Download and Run: RSIT

• Download random's system information tool (RSIT) by random/random from here and save it to your desktop.
• Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
• Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
• Once it has finished, two logs will open. Please post the contents of both log.txt (<<will be maximized) and info.txt (<<will be minimized)

Please reply with:-

• MBAM log
• RSIT logs ( info.txt and log.txt)
• Update on how things are running.
