My hijack this log. google-analytics.com redirect virus

I would completely appreciate any help as to how to get rid of this awful virus. Also, if you could possibly tell me where I might have picked it up because I frequent a small number of websites and don't want to let this happen again.

With reference to Malware Removal P2P Programs Policy, please uninstall the following programs before we continue:

1. Click on Start > Control Panel and double click on Add/Remove Programs.
   
2. Locate uTorrent and click on the Change/Remove button to uninstall it.
   
3. Repeat for any other P2P programs that you may have installed.
   
4. Close Add/Remove Programs and Control Panel when done.
