I clicked on one of the files that says "unknown user" and clicked on "info" and it said that its part of windows service processes and loads before user logs on and is protected by windows. Is this being taken over by the virus. I also spoke with my pc company and they said that I should created a recovery disk from the backup patition sp? and then use it to reinstall windows. Will this work or will be virus be attached to the files on the disk?
