I would say, without fear of contradiction, that you need a new battery.
Be very careful about the model number(s) when you order one.

You are very perceptive.
It is named zzz.exe I believe. Just right click the icon on your desktop and choose delete.
You can do the same with RSIT.
I would keep TFC, to do occasional cleaning of junk files.
