I am not sure what I am doing wrong but I have submitted 2-3 posts since 8/14 and, to date, have not received a reply other than "Post closed due to inactivity." I need help, as my computer suddenly seems to have a mind of its own with what appear to be programs running in the background while I am doing simple tasks such as checking email or browsing the web. My Norton Internet Security pops up a warning message that reads: "High System Usage!" When this happens, the computer usually freezes and I am forced to reboot to restore it to normal ... until it happens again an hour or two later.

Every topic you have started has received a response. We have determined we are unable to assist you and have asked that you open no more topics.

For some reason, it appears you are unable to respond to your topics in a timely manner. We are aware that online, volunteer-supported forums are not the most suitable venue for everyone. As nothing is being gained here, we have determined that we are unable to assist you; therefore, we must ask that you do not start another topic. Instead, we advise you to take your computer to a trusted local shop and have your issues addressed there.

This topic is now closed.

If, contrary to our instructions, you persist in opening new topics in the Malware Removal room, you will leave us with no option but to institute a ban on your account. We would rather not do that, so once again, DO NOT OPEN ANOTHER TOPIC IN THE MALWARE REMOVAL ROOM.
