Looks good, what Kaspersky found will be cleaned when we clean up. Any problems remaining before we do that?

I have only one other concern.
In my C:\quarantine folder, I have two files, "007.part.Vir" and "ffmpeg.exe.Vir" that always pop up in my VirusScan program. Even though I'll disable VirusScan, if I ran another virus scanner (like Kaspersky earlier) VirusScan would pop up that there are these 2 viruses. The infected log that's also within this folder contains the following:

F:\1-p2p\emule\Temp\007.part => 007.part.Vir
C:\Documents and Settings\Z Lee\Local Settings\Temp\scodecs\ffmpeg.exe => ffmpeg.exe.Vir

I had already deleted eMule and any files associated with that F:\ folder. But do I need to be concerned about these two files? Can I just simply delete these two .Vir files so that it stops popping up in VirusScan?

While in Mcafee quarantine, they are not a threat to your computer and yes you can delete them from there.

If you are not having any further problems, I would suggest you proceed as follows.

MBAM and TFC are great tools for you to keep and use on a regular basis.

You can delete RSIT from your Desktop and it associated folder C:\RSIT

Uninstall ComboFix:

• Click on Start >> Run...
• Now type in ComboFix /Uninstall into the and click OK.
• Note the space between the X and the /Uninstall, it needs to be there.
• 

The above procedure will implement some cleanup procedures as well as reset System Restore points


Remember to update your Antivirus programs and other security products regularly to avoid new threats that could infect your system. If you do not update your anti virus software then it will not be able to catch any of the new variants that may come out.

You can use one of these sites to check if any updates are needed for your pc.

Can't manually delete these two files. VirusScan doesn't give me an option to delete the two files either. It's not a big deal I suppose, just annoying I can't remove them.

I am unfamiliar with all the inner workings of Mcafee Virus scan.

Open up Manage Quarantined Files and see if you then get the option to delete. Alternatively right clicking the infected file showing in quarantine might then give you options on what to do with the files.
