Is this Skype setup file OK?

I've run MWB, which reported no problem, but I'm still nervous and would appreciate any advice please.

Just a little background first. I'm unable to login to my existing free Skype account or get a new
password. I've emailed Support (with little optimism, based on my googling about others' experiences). But, as I want to use my webcam today,
meanwhile I tried registering a new account. That failed too, with a message telling me something like "Do so direct..." and linking me to a
download file. I duly downloaded it, skypesetup(2).exe

But I'm unsure about that file. As shown in this screenshot, it appears to from "another computer" (which was not the case with the
earlier one months ago), and is also much smaller.

Anyone able to check the size of their recent Skype setup file, or advise on that worrying message please?
