i was able to remove program with malwarebytes anti malware but there are problems that still linger...thanks for the help

i was able to fix my problems by fixing

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyServer = http=127.0.0.1:6522

with hijackthis thanks anyways!

Thanks for letting us know you have resolved your computer problems.

I see you have a 64 bit operating system. For your future reference, the tools we use to analyze and remove infections do not work properly on a 64 bit operating system, and their results cannot be relied upon. Because of this, it is almost impossible for us to correctly diagnose problems, and the fixes we might offer could potentially do as much damage to your computer as any infection you might have.

Due to the above stated reasons, we do not at this time offer support for 64 bit operating systems.
