DokterWatson.exe malware removal asstance

I have a problem that I think was first reported as burnex.smep trojan by PC-cillin Internet Security 14. This notification reoccurs frequently and I perform the delete clear function each time. I investigated further and discovered several unremovable files (some exe) in my user /Appdata/Local/Temp directory, DokterWatson.exe, XxX.xXx, UuU.uUu and fb_4480.lck. I've run PC-cillin and Iolo System Mechanic Pro malware scans, but nothing is found. I've downloaded the HijackThis.exe and generated the hijackthis log and uninstall_list files. Since hijackthis log file doesn't appear in attachment list, I've included past of the file here:
