Re: HJT logs for a buggy computer

ok after I downloaded updates for hostsXpert my online-Armor started asking if i want to allow or block a TON of stuff....what should I be doing? I hit Allow for about 5 things...then thought maybe I should ask first before continuing.

Ex.
The next one says:

Online-Armor

A program wants to change your hosts file
What does it want to do?
Set ca.abv.bg to 127.0.0.1
Each time you type ca.abv.bg into your web browser, it will be redirected to the computer with the internet address 127.0.0.1

etc..

Every time online armor pops up that happens

What should i do?

Hi.
Just disable online armor then re-enable it again when you have completed the instructions.

Right click the Online Armor icon in the system bar (looks like a little shield with blue and white patches.) uncheck both the Program Guard and the Firewall. A popup will box will appear "are you sure you want to disable the firewall?" answer Yes. You enable it doing the opposite.

Due to lack of activity, this topic is now closed.

If you still require help, please open a new thread in the Infected? Virus, malware, adware, ransomware, oh my! forum, include a fresh FRST log, and wait for a new helper.
