Trojans, antivir pro, and tons of other goodies

So about three days ago I went to bed, only to wak up and see a new addition to my screen. Antivir pro popped up and locked my pc down, well i restared and went into safe mode and ran my scanners, AVG and malware bytes found a few infection and removed them. Restarted and it was still there went into safe mode again and created a new user on the pc. and ran same scanners on there and if found a few more things, and deleted them. Now am back on my orignial account and avg keeps popping up with multi threat detections and I keep sending them to the virus vault occasionally it'll say object is inaccessible, and I have to keep clicking remove all infections every minute or so.

malware bytes found a few infection and removed them.

Post the logs from the last scan/scans where Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware removed anything.
Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and click on logs, they are time dated.

Please post an Uninstall list.

• Open HijackThis.
• Click on the Open the Misc Tools section button.
• Look under System tools.
• Click on the Open Uninstall Manager... button.
• Click on the Save list... button.
• It will prompt you to save. Save this log in a convenient location. By default it's named uninstall_list.txt.
• Notepad will open. Please post this log in your next reply.
