I have been told i have something bad on my pc but looking at this report it looks ok to me!!!! also my pc is hanging on boot for 5 seconds just at the xp boot screen before the dashes go past and my taskbar is taking a long time to load at logon could that br anything to do with my processes as my log underneath looks empty! :)

Hi DKCoole,

I think that you might have checked every single item in HijackThis!

(Based on this post: http://www.pcadvisor.co.uk/forums/index ... &forumid=1)

Lets get those items back. To do this:

  1. Open HijackThis, and click on "View The List Of Backups".
    Image
  2. Check every single item and click the "Restore" button.
    Image
  3. Hit "Yes" when it asks you if you want to restore these items.


Run a scan with HijackThis, and post me an updated log.
