Here is my HijackThis.log and uninstall_list.txt.
1. I am having a problem getting the google page to load. It won't let me access the page to log in or search.

2. When I could get into google and could search, it was redirecting me to add pages when I clicked on a search result.

Hi amyliz29 and welcome..

I'm DFW and I am going to try and help you with your Malware problem. Please observe the following points and rules while we work:

• The fixes are specific to your problem and should only be used for this issue on this machine!.
• The clean up process can take time. Please continue to review my answers until I tell you your machine is clear. Absence of symptoms does not mean that everything is clear.
• If you don't know, stop and ask! Don't keep going on.
• Please reply to this thread. Do not start a new topic.
• Refrain from running self fixes as this will hinder the malware removal process.
• It may prove beneficial if you print of the following instructions or save them to notepad as I post them.
• Your security programs may give warnings for some of the tools I will ask you to use. Be assured, any links I give are safe.
• Some of the Logs we ask for can take some time to Analise, so please be patient.

Before we start:Please be aware that removing Malware is a potentially hazardous undertaking. I will take care not to knowingly suggest courses of action that might damage your computer. However it is impossible for me to foresee all interactions that may happen between the software on your computer and those we'll use to clear you of infection, and I cannot guarantee the safety of your system. It is possible that we might encounter situations where the only recourse is to re-format and re-install your operating system, or to necessitate you taking your computer to a repair shop.
Because of this, I advise you to backup any personal files and folders before you start.



First off I see that you have Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware installed, I would like you to Update it and run a scan.
Double Click Malwarebytes icon to start the application, or start from start menu

• Click on the update tab, If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
• Next select the scan tab, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
• The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
• When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.(See Extra Note)
• The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.

Download and Run RSIT

• Download random's system information tool (RSIT) by random/random from here and save it to your desktop.
• Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
• Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
• Once it has finished, two logs will open.
• Please post the contents of both log.txt (<<will be maximized) and info.txt (<<will be minimized)

I see that you have AVG Antivirus installed and running, I noticed that you also have Norton Internet Security 2005 installed but not running, I take it
that you no longer use Norton Internet Security 2005???
