Fresh Reformat, Conime.exe duplicating/eating system resourc

im wondering if there is a fix for this, i had a virus so i reformatted my computer but any vista computer i have ever used seems to have this issue. when you open new programs/windows too quickly it likes to duplicate the conime.exe process and once you get 4-5 of them although it says 0% usage in your task manager i find if i close them ALL including the 36k run process that was originally there my computer is infinitly faster

A) can/how do i delete conime.exe from system32
B) how to fix this problem
C) can't be fixed?

As you stated in your other topic that this is a freshly formatted computer that had not yet been taken online, it is highly unlikely that this is a malware issue. You should consult a site that deals with troubleshooting issues.

You may want to post an inquiry at one of the sites that maintains a troubleshooting forum such as these:

http://forums.whatthetech.com/forums.html

http://forums.pcpitstop.com/

For Dell computers, try:

http://en.community.dell.com/?~ck=ln&lnki=0&nav=true

As this issue does not involve malware and therefore falls outside the scope of this forum, this topic is now closed.
