It all started when my Hotmail password was hacked

My first infection was some kind of redirector that redirected my IE every time I clicked a link. After running every spy-ware/anti-virus programs I could find that seems to be gone, but I get a new virus detected by AVG Pro every time I use the laptop. It is also extremely slow and IE stops responding after about 10 mins. The last view viruses that AVG found were Winn32.Hex.gen, Tr/Dldr.Gen, Tr/Crypt.ZPAK.Gen, and Trojan Horse Generic17.BNPT
