Multiple IE.exe and iexplorer.exe in Processes

[herbhays]

My computer has been running way slow and I have scanned it with multiple online scanners and the one thing I have noticed is that when I turn on the cmputer, there might be 5 or six instances of ie.exe and iexplorer.exe running in processes. I hae to close all of them down before I can get on Internet explorer. Also, when I type in a search, everything has the right topic but when I click on them they are all ad sites that have nothing to do with what I am looking for.
Here is my unisntall and hijack this logs.
If someone could help me that would be so great.
