Unable to access antivirus websites and update spyware prgm

Hello! I've been working on this for the past 24 hours and I am at my wits end. I clicked on a link for a youtube video and somehow downloaded a whole host of different viruses/spyware......It started with this captcha virus, a screen would pop up stating my computer would shut down if I didn't enter the captcha correctly (and it would). Found a way to get rid of that (very long manual process as the file was locked) but now I cannot visit any website that has anything to do with antivirus or anti malware. My antivirus wont update either unless in safe mode (which is where Im doing everything right now. My antivirus (vipre) picks up quite a few infections but even getting rid of those dosent fix the problem. Ive even tried the combofix that deleted quite a few but still unable to access certain websites. I have that log if needed. Here is the hyjack log also. If anyone can help before I just give up and wipe my hard drive I would greatly appreciate it!
